Experimental Business Card
Recycled Paper Coaster with Seeds.
I wanted to create an experimental business card that highlighted sustainability in design, a topic which is important to me.
I used paper from old documents to make recycled paper. Inside the recycled paper is seeds laid in a pattern. This pattern will grow out of the paper when it is put in water, giving old paper new life. The card is a coaster for cups. The sweat from cold cups will activated the seeds over time and make the coasters grow over time and surprise people who have one.
